Rule 5, Odisha Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Manner of Application) Rules, 2020 [S3V-9DT]

Report to the Government.—The District Authority shall prepare, within three days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these rules during that year, of the number of organisers of a mass gathering whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Government of Odisha and publish it within forty-five days of its preparation.
