Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any cloud service provider dies, his legal representative shall, within one hundred and eighty days of the death, intimate the death to the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team in Form D, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every electronic signature certificate then held; and the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team shall enter the intimation in the register within ninety days of its receipt.
