Intimation of change.—Every insurance broker shall intimate to the Council of Insurers, in Form IRDA-5 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Council of Insurers shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
