Intimation of change.—Every operator of a teleport shall intimate to the Press Registrar, in Form V and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Press Registrar shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
