Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the licensee of a mineral processing plant shall apply to the Government of Telangana in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Government of Telangana shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
