Intimation of change.—Every nominee director shall intimate to the Official Liquidator, in Form MGT-7 and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Official Liquidator shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
