Intimation of change.—Every holder of a reconnaissance permit shall intimate to the Chief Inspector of Mines, in Form F and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Chief Inspector of Mines shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
