Surrender of certificate.—Every holder of a reconnaissance permit who ceases to carry on reconnaissance operations shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Inspector of Mines in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every royalty receipt held by him has been disposed of.
