Intimation of change.—Every insurance intermediary shall intimate to the Insurance Ombudsman, in Form IRDA-6 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Insurance Ombudsman shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
