Intimation of change.—Every pension disbursing bank shall intimate to the Employees' Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal, in Form 10 and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Employees' Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
