Application for registration.—Every tourist guide carrying on the guiding of tourists shall make an application for registration to the Authority in Form II, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees and a statement of every permission held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
