Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the property manager shall apply to the Rent Controller in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Rent Controller shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
