Application for registration.—Every property manager carrying on the management of property on behalf of an owner shall make an application for registration to the Rent Controller in Form B, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every apartment held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
