Surrender of certificate.—Every property manager who ceases to carry on the management of property on behalf of an owner shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Rent Controller in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every agreement for sale held by him has been disposed of.
