Intimation of change.—Every party to an arbitration agreement shall intimate to the Mediation Council, in Form D and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Mediation Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
