Surrender of certificate.—Every party to an arbitration agreement who ceases to carry on the reference of disputes to arbitration shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Mediation Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every settlement agreement held by him has been disposed of.
