Application for registration.—Every maintenance organisation carrying on the maintenance of aircraft shall make an application for registration to the Airports Authority in Form CA-4, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every certificate of airworthiness held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
