Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the maintenance organisation shall apply to the Airports Authority in Form CA-3 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Airports Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
