Surrender of certificate.—Every maintenance organisation who ceases to carry on the maintenance of aircraft shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Airports Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form CA-5 of the manner in which every remotely piloted aircraft held by him has been disposed of.
