Surrender of certificate.—Every depository participant who ceases to carry on the business of a depository participant shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Central Government in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every disclosure held by him has been disposed of.
