Application for registration.—Every depository participant carrying on the business of a depository participant shall make an application for registration to the Central Government in Form D, within seven days of the commencement of these bye-laws, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every offer document held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
