Report to the Government.—The Central Government shall prepare, within ninety days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these bye-laws during that year, of the number of depository participants whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Central Government and publish it within twenty-one days of its preparation.
