Authorised agent.—Any depository participant may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these bye-laws, shall intimate to the Central Government in Form B the name and address of the agent within fifteen days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within ninety days of the revocation.
