Intimation of change.—Every holder of a Government bond shall intimate to the Comptroller and Auditor-General, in Form GFR 25 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Comptroller and Auditor-General shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
