Application for registration.—Every arbitral institution carrying on the administration of arbitrations shall make an application for registration to the Arbitration Council in Form F, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every register of arbitrators held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
