Surrender of certificate.—Every arbitral institution who ceases to carry on the administration of arbitrations shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Arbitration Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every dispute held by him has been disposed of.
