Intimation of change.—Every arbitral institution shall intimate to the Arbitration Council, in Form C and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Arbitration Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
