Surrender of certificate.—Every pension fund manager who ceases to carry on the management of a pension fund shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Gujarat in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 11 of the manner in which every nomination held by him has been disposed of.
