Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the pension fund manager shall apply to the Government of Gujarat in Form 13 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Government of Gujarat shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
