Application for registration.—Every pension fund manager carrying on the management of a pension fund shall make an application for registration to the Government of Gujarat in Form 13, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every contribution held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
