Intimation of change.—Every charitable institution shall intimate to the Principal Chief Commissioner, in Form ITR-1 and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Principal Chief Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
