Correction of entries.—The Principal Chief Commissioner may, on an application made in Form 16 by any charitable institution or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than thirty days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
