Particulars of application.—Every application for registration shall state the name and address of the applicant, the premises at which the carrying on of charitable activities is carried on, the particulars of every refund held by the applicant and such other particulars as are specified in Form 26AS, and shall be signed by the applicant or his authorised agent.
