Intimation of change.—Every autonomous body receiving grants shall intimate to the Finance Commission, in Form GFR 21 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Finance Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
