Intimation of change.—Every licensed porter shall intimate to the Government of West Bengal, in Form A and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of West Bengal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
