Application for registration.—Every licensed porter carrying on the carriage of luggage by a licensed porter shall make an application for registration to the Government of West Bengal in Form B, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every register of consignments held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
