Intimation of change.—Every arbitral award debtor shall intimate to the Arbitration Council, in Form H and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Arbitration Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
