Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the arbitral award debtor shall apply to the Arbitration Council in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Arbitration Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and eighty days of the application.
