Application for registration.—Every bar licensee carrying on the sale of liquor for consumption on the premises shall make an application for registration to the Excise Commissioner in Form H, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees and a statement of every cask held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
