Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the bar licensee shall apply to the Excise Commissioner in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Excise Commissioner shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
