Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any dealer in military stores dies, his legal representative shall, within fourteen days of the death, intimate the death to the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief in Form C, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of contractors then held; and the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief shall enter the intimation in the register within fourteen days of its receipt.
