Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a pre-school who ceases to carry on the running of a pre-school shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Education Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every textbook held by him has been disposed of.
