Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a pre-school shall apply to the District Education Officer in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the District Education Officer shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
