Safe custody.—Every operator of a pre-school shall keep every school building to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the running of a pre-school is carried on, shall record in Form E the description of every school building so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the District Education Officer within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year.
