Surrender of certificate.—Every principal employer who ceases to carry on the engagement of contract labour shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Inspector in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every establishment held by him has been disposed of.
