Surrender of certificate.—Every multimodal transport operator who ceases to carry on the business of multimodal transport shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Industries in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every chit agreement held by him has been disposed of.
