Conditions of registration.—Every person converting agricultural land shall carry on the conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural use only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every parcel of land in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such parcel of land for inspection on request by the Revenue Inspector, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
