Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the importer of drugs shall apply to the National Medical Commission in Form 20-B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the National Medical Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fourteen days of the application.
