Periodical return.—Every contractor for a religious fair carrying on the conduct of a religious fair shall furnish to the Board, within one hundred and eighty days of the close of each year, a return in Form C of every register of trusts received, held and disposed of during that year, and shall preserve a copy of the return for thirty days from the date on which it is furnished.
