Clause 2, Rajasthan Public Trust (Inventory of jewels Control) Order, 2019 [S3S-F40]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Rajasthan Public Trust Act, 1959 (Rajasthan Act 42 of 1959); (b) "contractor for a religious fair" means a person carrying on the conduct of a religious fair; (c) "budget" means a budget received, held or disposed of by a contractor for a religious fair in the course of the conduct of a religious fair; (d) "Form A" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
